The goal of the Beyond Emancipation Teen Health Center is to identify and stabilize the medical and mental health needs of foster, probation, and emancipated youth ages 15 1/2 to 21. The Teen Health Center is a MediCal Provider, and services are available to all teens enrolled in MediCal in Alameda County, whether or not they are current or former foster youth.
Services include:

- Drop-in medical advice and treatment
- Medi-Cal assistance
- Family planning
- Pap smear
- Pregnancy testing
- Vision testing
- Hearing testing
- Blood pressure screens
- Glucoscan testing
- Diabetes screening and counseling
- Weight management
- STD/HIV check and treatment
- Physical exams
- Pre-employment physicals
- Sports exams
- Asthma education
- Nutritional support and education
- Mental health counseling and referrals
- Immunizations and referrals
