Pat, ILSP Class of 2004, just finished his first year at UC Irvine, where he landed parts in 3 plays, held down a retail job, accompanied vocal students on the piano, and was the musical director of an award winning production of Chicago. He managed all of this while completing 22 units each quarter!

Rokeeshia, ILSP Class of 2001, received her B.A. in English at Mills College in 2005. She is currently working toward an MFA in Creative Nonfiction, also at Mills College.

Michael, ILSP Class of 1999, is a graduating senior attending Cal State University, East Bay, where he is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting & Finance. He has already accepted a Fall 2006 full-time offer with KPMG as a financial statement auditor. Currently, he is a Loan Originator with Global Equity Lending helping low/middle class Americans learn about harnessing the power of their mortgage.

Shantea, ILSP Class of 2002, is loving her senior year at Cal State, Chico, where she will graduate in May 2006 with a BA in Child Psychology, and a minor in Child Development. |

Jennifer, ILSP Class of 2004, writes that her first year of college was a major adjustment. "It took me all three quarters to really see the growth that I have built." Jennifer is very excited about the new school year. She loves Cal State, East Bay, which she describes as a warm environment for learning and for meeting people of all ages. "I have so much planned for myself," says Jennifer, "and am confident that I will achieve all of my goals with the foundation and encouragement that ILSP has provided me." Jennifer's many activities include: Kappa Xi Sorority, Black Student Union, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Resident Assistant at the International House Dormitory (one of two dorms at Cal State, East Bay), and Sales Associate for New York and Company. |
