We have received all the requests for ILSP book money for the fall semester from Alumni attending two year community or career colleges and four year colleges/universities.  There may be other ILSP alumni attending college, but here are the statistics for those for whom we have records:

106 youth have applied for and been approved for book money for college for Fall '05

52 are attending Community or Career Colleges; 54 are attending four year colleges or universities.

5 alumni have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and are receiving $1000 from ILSP:

Chandler Huntley-University of Berlin; Niloufer Ahmed-California State University-East Bay; Rokeeshia Anderson-Mills College; Nancy Leung-California State University-East Bay; Kristal McCoy-California State University-East Bay.

17 Youth have a cumulative GPA between 3.0 and 3.5 and are receiving $800 this semester.

There are 19 schools represented by ILSP Alumni attending 4 year colleges and universities:

San Francisco State University-7 youth

San Jose State University-4 youth

California State University Northridge-3 youth

San Francisco Academy of Art-3 youth

University of California, Irvine-2 youth

Mills College-2 youth

Texas Southern University-2 youth

California State University Sacramento-2 youth

One youth at each of the following schools:  California State University Monterey Bay, California State University Chico, University of Berlin, Xavier University, Cuesta College, Oral Roberts University, California State University Fresno, Dominican College, California State University Stanislaus, Patten University.
